love along the hedge
Laura asked if I would share some thoughts on gratitude, her featured theme this month at her blog, Shine the Divine, and a way for her to rest while she continues to journey with MS and it's roller coaster of symptoms. She is an artist in every way and her kindness and gratitude for life humbles me. Please read it here.

highly recommended reading...enjoyed your post...
Left a comment over at Laura's... thanks for helping her to rest. May Sarton's poem made me cry. In a good way.
Thanks SOOOOOO much Deb for being yet another shining light on what it means to feel gratitude as a host on my blog!

A beautiful post, Deb. And that photograph, well it is a story in itself.
What a lovely act of kindness.
What a lovely act of kindness.
Another beauty, Deb. Love the photo too. Your ducks winter here in the desert, just so ya know, we keep them safe. **blows kisses** Deb
Beautiful. Your post. This exquisite photo. You. All of it. Your writing (heart) is a window to wonder. Every glimpse is a gift.

lovely. always lovely words and thoughts from you on this blog.
the poem caused me to think of my favorite words by donald miller... "i want to keep my soul fertile for the changes." i do to let things die when it is time for them to die so there can be new birth, or rebirth.
oh to be a duck!

i am home.....

BEAUTIFUL IMAGE!
I loved the poem, and your thoughts. Gratitude is more about how we look out than where we are isn't it.
Love Laura! Love you, too! Heading over to read the two of you in one place!
That pic is lovely. It's nice to know that all creatures stick together. :)
